Do I need to know anything about tech before our session?

Not at all! This space is completely judgment-free. You don't need to know the "right" tech words or understand complicated jargon — you simply need to bring your questions, your goals, and yourself.

What if I'm so overwhelmed that I don't even know what questions to ask?

That's incredibly common — and exactly why this support exists. Before our session, I'll send you a simple, gentle questionnaire to help identify where you're feeling stuck so we can make the most of our time together.

How is this different from just watching YouTube tutorials?

YouTube tutorials are made for everyone, which means they're rarely made for you. They assume a certain level of knowledge, use jargon without explanation, and can't answer back when you get confused.

A Tech Clarity Session is entirely focused on your situation, your tools, and your goals. There's no rewind button needed, no moment of feeling behind, and no generic advice that doesn't quite fit. Just calm, personalised guidance in a space where every question is welcome.

What specific tools can you help me with?

I can focus on whatever is holding you back from confidently building your online business. Common areas include:

Will you be fixing the tech for me, or teaching me how to do it?

This is a coaching and guidance session designed to help you build confidence and understanding. I'll walk you through the "how" and "why" in plain English, often using screen sharing so you can follow along step-by-step.

Depending on what you need, I can also support you with practical setup, website building, and ongoing tech guidance as your business grows. Together, we'll work out the level of support that feels right for you.

What happens after our session? Do I have to remember everything?

Absolutely not. Trying to take frantic notes during a session only adds to the overwhelm.

After our call, you'll receive a personalised Next-Step Summary with clear, calm, step-by-step guidance based on exactly what we covered, so you can move forward at your own pace.

What if I need more than one session?

Many women find that one session gives them exactly the clarity and confidence they need to move forward. Others find they'd love a little more support as they implement.

If that's you, I offer a Tech Momentum Package — three sessions spaced a fortnight apart — so I can walk alongside you as you put things into practice. There's no pressure to decide in advance; we can talk about what feels right at the end of your first session.

How do we connect for the session?

We'll meet via Zoom. Once you book, you'll receive a confirmation email with your secure session link.

If you've never used Zoom before, don't worry. I can also send you a very simple step-by-step guide showing you exactly how to join the call.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I completely understand that plans change, and I never want you to feel stressed about rescheduling. You can reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment using the link in your confirmation email.
