Hey, I'm Cate!

I help women feel calmer, more confident, and less overwhelmed by technology.

For more than 30 years, technology has been part of my everyday life. Over that time I've worked as an aircraft engineer, ABC Radio presenter, payroll systems consultant, project manager, website designer, and technology specialist supporting major international events, including the Tokyo and Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games, and the Gold Coast and Birmingham Commonwealth Games.

At 59, I became a digital nomad, travelling and working internationally across multiple countries and cultures.

My own path has been anything but conventional.

But throughout every reinvention, one thing remained constant: a deep curiosity about how people learn, grow, adapt, and navigate change.

Alongside my work in technology, I've spent many years exploring communication, personal development, neuroscience, hypnotherapy, NLP, meditation, and the ways we build confidence in unfamiliar situations.

Over the past few years, I've met many women with valuable experience, wisdom, and ideas to share, yet they often felt overwhelmed by the technology needed to bring those ideas into the world.

I realised that while technology has been part of my life for decades, for many women it feels confusing, intimidating, and full of jargon.

That's why I created Tech Clarity with Cate.

A calm, supportive space where women can ask questions without judgement, untangle the overwhelm, and build confidence with technology at a human pace.

My approach is practical, patient, jargon-free, and deeply human.

Because I believe you don't need to have everything figured out before taking the next step.
